About Me

Laura has obtained a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and an MSc in Physiotherapy. Laura has extensively travelled with National Teams, Elite Athletes and Professional Sports Teams, instructing many Strength and Conditioning Programmes. Laura prides herself on having a wealth of knowledge and experience, being able to train a varied caseload, in a friendly and personalised manner, whether it be Sport specific Training, Rehabilitation following an injury or operation, or controlling weight gain, the end goal is achieved with you in mind. Targets are achieved together, to suit your lifestyle and demands, whilst full support and motivation are always provided.
