People are living longer and have busier lives than ever before, so it's not surprising our bodies occasionally need a helping hand to stay in good working order. I can advise you on the best way to treat any problems you might have with your muscles, bones, joints, circulatory, respiratory or nervous system.

Before any action is taken, I will assess your condition, diagnose the problem and help understand what is wrong. I will work with you to develop an effective treatment or exercise plan that takes into account your lifestyle, leisure activities and general health. This will include advice on how you can help yourself, for example, you may be shown some exercises that you can do between treatment and exercise sessions.
